Enable or Disable Debug Streaming

This option enables debug streaming messages from the DSP module. This option is on
by default and HarvestMaster recommends leaving it on for troubleshooting purposes.
To find the debug streaming option,
1. Enter the Mirus Home screen.
2. Select Setup > H2 or H3 GrainGage > System.
