Sub item
CL Used to specify clutch for operation check.
Setting range: 1 to 15(5 through 10 and 13 through 15, reserved.)
Operation method
1) Select this item.
2) Enter the desired clutch code on the numeric keypad.
1: Y,M,C develop sleeve clutch (CL1, CL2, CL3)
2: K develop sleeve clutch (CL4)
3: Multi feeder pick-up clutch (CL5)
4: Registration clutch (CL6)
11: 2.5K deck pick-up clutch
12: 2.5K deck feed clutch
3) Press the OK key.
4) Press CL-ON, and check the operation.
CL-ON Used to start clutch operation check.
Operation method
1) Select this item, and press the OK key. The clutch turns ON/OFF in the pattern below.
0.5 second ON -> 10 seconds OFF -> 0.5 second ON -> 10 seconds OFF -> 0.5 second ON -> OFF
FAN Specify fan checking the operation.
Setting range: 1 to 15 (11 or higher, reserved)
Operation method
1)Select the item.
2)Enter the fan code with the numeric keypad.
1: Fixing exhaust fan (front) (FM1)
2: Fixing exhaust fan (rear) (FM2)
3: Front process unit fan (FM3)
4: Power supply fan (FM4)
5: Edge cooling fan (front) (FM6)
6: Edge cookfan (rear) (FM7)
7: Rear process unit fan (FM8)
8: Delivery contact fan (FM9)
9: Secondary transfer heat exfaust fan (FM10)
10: Power supply fan 2
3)Press [OK].
4)Check the operation by pressing [FAN-ON].
FAN-ON Start the fan operation.
Operations of the power supply fan, fixing fan, and cleaner fan
1)Select the item, and press [OK] so the next operation is executed.
ON for 10 sec with normal speed > ON for 10 sec with half speed > Standby state
Operations of the machine exhaust fan, delivery cooling fan, manual feed cooling fan, delivery vertical path cooling fan,
ITB cooling power supply fan, vertical path delivery exhaust fan, and face-down tray cooling fan
1) Select the item, and press [OK] so the next operation is executed.
ON for 10 sec with normal speed > Standby state
Operation of controller fan
1)Select the item, and press [OK] so the next operation is executed.
Check the operation.
MTR Specify motor checking the operation.
Setting range: 1 to 30 (18 through 20 and 26 through 30, reserved.)
