• Inspect the water heater system in the vehicle fuel
system.
• Inspect the fuel line for leakage, kinks, or blockage.
• If normal, there is an internal water heater leak.
— Replace the water heater unit.
• Replace the water heater unit.

• Inspect the coolant hose for leakage, kinks,
looseness, and loose hose clamps.
• If normal, there is an internal water heater leak.

• Inspect the water heater system integration in the
vehicle's fuel system.
