SERVICE REQ. 00010005: CR motor step-out
Problem
CR motor step-out
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when the CR motor is determined to
be out of tune because the encoder pulse signal of specified range has not been
input within required time during CR motor rotation or because the pulse is
extremely long or because it is short.
Check Points
1.
No dirt or foreign objects (dust, etc.) on CR encoder or Scale, CR.
2.
No abnormality with CR timing belt and proper tension of the belt.
(Refer to 5.3.1 "CR steal belt tension adjustment")
3.
No unusual loads on grid roller rotation.
4.
CR motor resistance measurement. (approx. 6.7Ω)
If it is shorted, replace the C362DRV Board at the same time.
5.
Perform encoder check with self-diagnostic program. (Refer to Chapter 5,
Section 5.3 "Sensor, CR Encoder")
6.
Harness connections are correct and no shorts or wire disruptions.
Solution
1.
Replace the CR motor (Refer to 5.3.1 "CR steal belt tension adjustment")
2.
Replace the C362DRV board (Refer to 5.2.2 "Parameter Backup")

SERVICE REQ. 00010006: CR MOTOR OVER CURRENT
Problem
CR motor overcurrent
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when current outside the required
value is detected in the CR motor drive circuit of the C362DRV Board during CR
motor rotation or when the current that must be supplied exceeds the required
value.
Check Points
1.
CR motor resistance measurement. (approx. 6.7Ω)
If it is shorted, replace the C362DRV Board at the same time.
2.
Visually check for cause (damage, dirt) of poor sensor reading at scale, CR.
3.
Visually check for CR motor harness shorts to frame.
Solution
1.
Replace the CR motor (Refer to 5.3.1 "CR steal belt tension adjustment")
2.
Replace the C362DRV board (Refer to 5.2.2 "Parameter Backup")
