5 INSTALLATION

Note: See section 8.2 for a recommended shortform installation procedure.
5.1

Enclosure Description

The panel's enclosure comprises of a hinged steel lid and a steel back box which houses a power supply unit
(PSU) and several printed circuit boards (PCBs) mounted on a metal chassis, as shown in Fig.2 below. Space
is available inside the back box for the backup batteries.
The panel can be surface or semi-flush wall mounted (a bezel is required for semi-flush mounting). The
standard ZBOXS, 1 to 4 loop version enclosure, is shown below.
