70 Chapter 5 Contivity 2700 and 2600 option installation
The first few times that you remove the front bezel, it may be somewhat
difficult to remove because the ball studs and socket clips are new.
To remove the top cover:

If the gateway is installed in an equipment rack, remove it from the rack.

b Remove the Contivity 2700 or 2600 from the rack-mount shelf and set it

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the 4 screws that secure the cover to the
chassis

3 Slide the top cover forward approximately 1/4 inch.

At the front of the chassis, remove the 2 panhead screws that secure the
bottom of the chassis to the equipment rack.

Slide cover forward and lift up
