Pull the DIMM out of the slot.

Insert the new DIMM into the slot at a 45 degree angle
Use the alignment keys on the DIMM to properly position the DIMM in the
connector.

Gently press down on the DIMM until it is locked into position by the locking
levers.

Slide the chassis into the steel enclosure (see
