Charge Account

If your console has a charge key, you can assign a charge account number to a call about to be extended
to an ESN location.

A caller requests an
extension at a distant
ESN location and wishes
to charge the call to an
account number. Press
charge.
Dial the charge account
code.
Dial the call as usual and
press RLS.
The charge indicator goes
on. The D indicator
flashes.
The charge and D
indicators go off when the
last digit of the charge
account code is entered.
A charge record is
produced when the trunk
is accessed. The RLS
indicator goes on; you are
free to process other calls.
