You can requeue an incoming call or recall to the next available attendant.

You receive a call. Press
If the system is in Night
Service, press SHIFT,
and then
The ICI indicator goes on
and the S indicator
flashes. The call is queued
to the next available
attendant.
The call is queued to the
next available Night
Service number.
