Appendix B 264IF-01 Allocation Procedure for a TwinCAT System

Connect to a TwinCAT System by following the procedure below.
B.1

Automatically Allocate the Node Number

1.
Display the main window of TwinCAT System Manager of the master device.
2.
Select File - New from the main menu.
3.
Check that Config Mode appears at the bottom right of the window.
If Config Mode is not present, select Actions - Set/Reset TwinCAT to Run mode from the main menu, then set to
Config Mode.
4.
Click the Choose Target button.
The Choose Target System dialog box will be displayed.
