How to change the bearing reference for EBL

"R" is indicated in the EBL box if the EBL readout is relative to own ship's heading, and
"T" is indicated if it is referenced to the north (true bearing). The indication can be
switched between relative bearing and true bearing when the display mode is HEAD-UP.
For other display modes, the indication is always fixed to relative bearing.
Note: The heading signal is required for indication in true bearing.
Touch control:
1.
Press the MENU/ESC key to open [MENU].
2.
Tap [MARK TEXT].
3.
Tap [EBL Reference].
The [Relative]/[True] selection box appears.
4.
Tap [Relative] or [True].
5.
Tap [x] on the title bar to close [MENU].
Key control:
1.
Press the MENU/ESC key to open [MENU].
2.
Select [MARK TEXT] with the arrow keys, then press the ENTER key.
3.
Select [EBL Reference] with the arrow keys, then press the ENTER key.
The [Relative]/[True] selection box appears.
4.
Select [Relative] or [True] with the arrow keys, then press the ENTER key.
5.
Press the MENU/ESC key to close [MENU].

2.13 Target Alert

The target alert function alerts you with an aural alarm when other ships, islands or reefs
enter or exit (selectable on menu) a set area.

How to set an alert zone

Take the following steps to set an alert zone.
1.
Tap [▶] on the left side of the screen to open the InstantAccess
2.
Tap [TGT ALARM 1] or [TGT ALARM 2].
3.
Tap [SET].
[Enter Start Position] and [Cancel] appear at the upper right of the screen.
4.
Tap the starting point for the alert zone to move the cursor there.
