Star (*)/Double Star (**) Function

Star/Double Star function is available on sensor models WCS-SD and WCS-SB if the sensor is
configured for single setpoint operation. Press and hold the UP or DOWN arrow to display the Star (*) or
Double Star (**) respectively, on the sensor display.

Replacing the Sensor Cover

To replace the cover:
1. Hook the cover over the top of the back plate. Apply light pressure to the bottom of the cover until it

Note: If you try to access a feature that is locked, the locked symbol will appear on the display. The locked symbol
will flash if you press a keypad button to try change the setting of a locked feature.
If the setpoint is increased to the top of the range, 90 and * appear on the display. The * indicates the
Unit Controller is requested to be in Air Flow Override mode where the damper will be driven to
maximum position.
If the setpoint is decreased to the bottom of the range, 50 and ** appear on the display. The **
indicates the Unit Controller is requested to be in Air Flow Override mode where the damper will be
driven to minimum position.
When the setpoint is adjusted for Star or Double Star mode, the communicated setpoint remains at
the last value, not 90 or 50 as the display may lead you to believe. To change this behavior view
