■Writing Data to the CPU Module
Engineering tool settings
Set the engineering tool on the "Specify Connection Destination Connection" window.
Select [Online]  [Current Connection Destination].

Write the parameters to be set in the CPU module.
From the menu bar of the engineering tool, select [Online] 
[Write to PLC].
After writing the parameters to the CPU module, power off
and on or reset the CPU module to enable the parameters.

On the "Connection Destination Simple Setting
Connection" window, select another connection method
by clicking the [Other Connection Method (Open the
Specify Connection Destination Window)] button.

Select "Ethernet Board" for "PC side I/F" (1).

Select "CPU Module" for "PLC side I/F" (2).
