If new error code 0XA0 or 0XB0 is displayed after inserting a new toner bottle in the machine, the
cause of the error is highly likely to be soiled sensors [D] [F] due to toner scattering outside the Hopper.

Due to drive load of the Black Hopper Assembly
E025-0402 error may occur according to the
installation position of the Black Hopper
Assembly (FM3-4715).
E025-0402: Bk Block supply time out error.
Detected by the sensors [A] [D].
According to the installation state of the Black
Hopper Assembly (FM3-4715), stress is applied
to the Black Hopper Assembly and distortion
occurs on the Hopper Drive Assembly, causing
drive overload. Details of how this distortion is
dealt with follows on next page in reference to
the Stepped Screw and its correct placement location.
