The cover is not fitted.

paper leading edge is bent.

fuser temperature is
improper.

Measures
Open the cover of the main
unit and reclose it securely.
Then check if the cover of the
main unit is slightly pulled or
closed.
Measures
Reload paper upside down.
Fan the paper well and load it
by reversing the paper direc-
tion
Replace the paper.
Measures
When the dog-ear occurs on
the paper, check if there are a
piece of torn paper, foreign
objects or the burrs on the
part on the conveying path
and remove them. When the
paper leading edge is bent,
remove it..
Reload paper upside down
when the paper curls. Or
replace the paper.
