1. SYSTEM ERROR AND SERVICE CALL
CONDITIONS

An SC code is displayed on the CRT screen with the "System Error"
message when its condition is detected by the main PCB. The operator can
reset the system error condition by pressing the error reset switch [A].
If the same abnormal condition still exists on the machine, the CRT shows
the "Service Call" message. The service call condition cannot be reset by
turning the main switch off and on, or by pressing the error reset switch. The
following actions must be done to reset the service call condition while the
main switch is on.
1. Open the right door.
2. Remove the right inner cover [B].
3. Turn the DIP SW-1 [C] on the reset switch PCB on and off.
NOTE: The above action can reset one SC condition, so that if more
than one SC condition exists at the same time, the action has to
be repeated.
