SYSTEM ERROR AND SERVICE CALL CONDITIONS
SC404 - Transfer Corona Cleaner Failure
Definition:
The main PCB detects a large current for the transfer corona wire cleaner
motor (mechanism lock) for more than 3 seconds when the cleaner is
activated.
NOTE: The cleaner moves back to its home position when the error
condition is reset.
Points to check:
Mechanical interference with the transfer corona wire cleaner
Wire cleaner motor
Main PCB (motor drive circuit)
SC410 - Separation Corona Current Adjustment Error
Definition:
When process control data initialization is selected in the SP mode, the main
PCB cannot adjust the separation corona current to its target value.
NOTE: After resetting the system error condition, the adjustment will be
tried again. Even if the second execution fails, no service call
condition is displayed and the copier uses previous reference
data until its next initialization.

Separation Corona unit
Separation Corona power pack
Drum
Drum current detection PCB
SC411 - Separation Corona Leakage
Definition:
The separation corona power pack detects the separation corona leakage
and sends the leak signal to the main PCB for more than 3 seconds.
NOTE: DC power, 24 V (VP) and 38 V (VFL), will be cut at the same
time.

Separation power pack
Interface PCB
