6. Peal off the side seals [A], [B], and [C] on the rear sleeve.
7. Remove the sleeve drive gears [D] (1 E-ring and 1 pin each).
8. Remove the idle gear [E] (1 O-ring).
9. Remove the rear bearing case [F] (1 screw).
NOTE: Do not loosen the two mounting screws [G] with white paint for
the sleeve positioning plate.
10. Pull the development sleeves [H] out the rear side.
NOTE: 1. To prevent developer leakage, the following parts must be
replaced whenever the development rollers are removed.
a) Rear Sleeve Seal [A] and [C]
b) Rear Drum Seal [B]
c) Sleeve Bearing Case Assembly [E]
2. Note that the upper development roller has a shorter front
shaft than the lower development roller.
