SC522 - Duplex Jogger Home Position Sensor Failure
Definition:
The main PCB cannot detect the jogger home position sensor signal within 5
seconds after the duplex mode is selected.
Points to check:
•
Jogger home position sensor
•
Mechanical interference with the jogger unit
•
Jogger fence drive motor
•
Interface PCB
SC523 - Duplex End Fence Home Position Sensor Failure
Definition:
The main PCB cannot detect the end fence home position sensor signal
within 5 seconds after the duplex mode is selected.
Points to check:
•
End fence home position sensor
•
Mechanical interference with the end fence drive
•
End fence drive motor
•
Interface PCB
SC541 - Fusing Thermistor Open
Definition:
The main PCB detects an extremely low temperature (–10°C) by the fusing
thermistor for more than 3 seconds.
NOTE: The Service Call message will be displayed at the first detection.
The main relays will be opened in this condition.
