The repeat time and duration time for the telemetry alarm
(buzzer and vibration) can be set.
Duration
It is an alarm output time.
Setting range：1 s 〜 30 s
Initial value：INH
Duration value has to be less than repeat value.
Duration time is extended when the other alarm
event occurs.
e.g. Repeat time is 8 seconds and Duration time is 5 seconds.
