Warning and indicator lamps in the
instrument cluster
STOP warning lamp and workshop
indicator lamp
Certain warning and indicator lamps light up
concurrently with the ¤ warning lamp or the
¯ indicator lamp in the instrument cluster.
When the ¤ warning lamp is lit, stop the
vehicle for your own safety, paying atten-
tion to road and traffic conditions. Switch
off the engine and do not re-start it. Visit a
qualified specialist workshop. Also observe the
warning messages in the multifunction display.
When the ¯ indicator lamp is lit, visit a quali-
fied specialist workshop as soon as possible.
There is otherwise a risk of damage to your vehi-
cle. Until then, exercise extreme caution
when driving. Also observe the fault messages in
the multifunction display.

WARNING
There is insufficient oil in the engine. There is a danger of engine
damage.

Stop the vehicle immediately, paying attention to road and traffic
conditions, and switch off the engine.
