Disengaged exterior mirrors
If an exterior mirror has been forcibly disen-
gaged, proceed as follows:

Move the exterior mirror into the correct posi-
tion manually.
or
X
Fold in the exterior mirror electrically

The mirror housing is engaged again and you
can adjust the exterior mirrors as usual

i If you want to fold in a disengaged exterior
mirror electrically, you may have to use the
fold-in procedure repeatedly until it folds in.
