Before replacing a fuse

Park the vehicle and apply the parking brake.

Switch off all electrical consumers.
X
Turn key to position 0 in the ignition lock and

remove it ( page 103).
The fuses are located in various fuse boxes:
Dashboard fuse box (

Fuse box in the engine compartment
R
i There are additional fuses and relays for
certain functions in the fuse box in the engine
compartment. As access to the fuses is
extremely limited, consult a Mercedes-Benz
Service Centre when replacing them.
