Error Codes

When the G Series RO Controller encounters an error, the screen displays a PROBLEM FOUND message.

RECOVERY RATE HIGH
RECOVERY RATE LOW
PRODUCT TDS TOO
HIGH
NO REMOTE SIGNAL
FEED QUALITY LOW
All of the above conditions initiate an alert that will be sent back to the dealership if the telemetry (modem) options are set
up, and the RO will shut down. User intervention is required to restart the RO. See Installing Modem for information about
setting up this feature. Additional fees apply.

Cat. No. 01021713

This message is triggered when the rejection rate goes below the value set in MIN RE-
JECT %. This indicates the membranes should be cleaned.
This message is triggered when the recovery percentage goes above the value set in MAX
RECOVERY %. This could indicate a change in water chemistry, temperature, or acciden-
tal setting change.
This message is triggered when the recovery percentage goes below the value set in MIN
RECOVERY %. This could indicate a change in water chemistry, temperature, accidental
setting change, or that the membrane is fouling.
This message is triggered when the product TDS goes above the value set in MAX TDS
OUT. This indicates that the membranes may be getting fouled and are losing their rejec-
tion capability.
This message is triggered when the system and the wireless remote lose contact. An op-
tional wireless remote must be installed to see this message.
In a multiple-RO configuration, the master will command the slave to turn off its aux output
if the feed quality input signal reported by the slave remains triggered for more than 5
minutes.
