10 Troubleshooting
Corrective measures
• Ensure that the generator can be
started. The fuel level may be too
low.
• Ensure that a constant and stable
voltage is present at connection
AC2.
• Ensure that the thresholds for the
generator voltage are correctly
configured.
• Contact the Service (see Section 16
"Contact", page 161).

• Ensure that the terminators in the
communication bus are attached.
• Ensure that undamaged CAT5e
cables are used for communication
and that the cables are plugged in
correctly.
