Check the contetns of special data register
"DT90006" and locate the abnormal FP
intelligent unit (application cassette for FP-X).
FP2,FP2SH,and FP10SH:
Check the contents of special data registers
DT90006,DT90007 and locate the abnormal
intelligent unit.Then check the unit referring to
its manual..

I/O unit(Expansion unit) wiring condition has
changed compared to that at time fo power-
up.

(FP0: DT9010,
FPΣ, FP-X: DT90010,DT90011) and locate
the erroneous expansion unit.
It checks whether an expansion connector is
in agreement.
