3-65 ENGINE SERVICING
• Seat guide and tighten oil pressure regulator
CD
with specified torque.
Tightening torque
25-30 N·m
(2.5 - 3.0 kg-m)
(18.0- 21.5 lb-ft)
• Install the 0-ring@ and install the oil guide.
• Install the oil sump filter in the proper direction.
• Apply thread lock ~~ 1363C~~ to the three screws.

• Install the washer and rubber cushion, and
install the oil pan plate with five bolts.
• Apply thread lock "1361 A" to the bolts.
99104 - 32020
Tightening torque
Thread lock ~~1361A"
4.0-7.0 N-m
(0.4- 0.7 kg-m)
(3.0- 5.0 lb-ft)
• Place a new gasket and tighten the oil pan bolts
to the specified torque. Install the three clamps
@ for starter motor lead wire and oil pressure
switch lead wire.
Tightening torque
8- 12 N-m
(0.8 - 1.2 kg-m)
(6.0- 8.5 lb-ft)
