• Remove caliper axle bolts, separate the caliper
and caliper holder.
• Place a rag over the piston to prevent popping
up. Force out the piston by using air gun.
CAUTION:
Do not use high pressure air to prevent
piston damage.
• Remove dust boot and piston seal.
CALIPER AND DISC INSPECTION
• Inspect the caliper bore wall for nicks, scratches
or other damage.
• Inspect each of the rubber parts for damage and
wear.
• Inspect the piston surface for any scratches or
other damage.
