• Remove the clutch cover and gasket.
• By holding the idler shaft sprocket with special
tool, remove the clutch spring mounting bolts
in a criss-cross manner.
• Remove the clutch springs and pressure plate
with clutch push piece.

• Remove the clutch push rod.
• After removal of several clutch driven and
drive plates, flatten clutch sleeve hub nut lock
washer by using chisel.
• Firmly secure clutch sleeve hub to remove
mounting nut with clutch sleeve hub holder
