3. Power Measurement Accuracy Test

Description
This test checks the RF power measurement accuracy of the E5052A. The measurement
power level for this test is set at -20 dBm to 20 dBm in 10 dB step.

Procedure for Standard
Step 1. Connect the power sensor to the power meter. Perform the zero adjustment and the
calibration for the power meter.
Step 2. Connect the test equipment as shown in Figure 2-6.
