A2 DC Source Board Replacement

Tools Required

• TORX screwdriver, T10, T15, and T20
• Flat edge screwdriver
• Open-end torque wrench, 5/16 inch (set to 10 in-lb) (for reconnecting SMA connector)

Removal Procedure

Refer to Figure 6-14 for this procedure.
Step 1. Remove the outer cover as described in "Outer Cover Removal" on page 176
Step 2. Remove the front panel as described in "Front Panel Removal" on page 178.
Step 3. Remove two TORX T15 screws (item 1).
Step 4. Remove a TORX T10 screw (item 4) .
Step 5. Remove a TORX T10 screw (item 5) for serial prefix MY442 and above.
Step 6. Slide out the DUT Power board (item 6).
Step 7. Disconnect the RF cables (item 2).
Step 8. Remove two TORX T10 screws (item 3).
NOTE
Remove the BNC connector as described in "BNC Connector(front) Replacement" on
page 218.
