After three unsuccessful restarts, the device is taken out of service.

DOK = "Device Okay" = Ready for service relay drops off, protection and control function are
blocked.
Certain messages of the monitoring functions are already combined to group alarms.
A listing of the group alarms and their composition is given in the Appendix A.10. In
this case, it must be noted that message 160 „Alarm Sum Event" is only issued
when the measured value monitoring functions (8101 MEASURE. SUPERV) are
switched on.
