HANDLEBAR
a. Installing the throttle cable 1 on cruise con-
trol rotor No.4
b. Installing the throttle cable 2 on cruise con-
trol rotor No.3
c. Installing the throttle 3 on cruise control ro-
tor No.2
d. Installing the throttle cable 4 on cruise con-
trol rotor No.1
WARNING
Pay attention to the mark on throttle cable 1
X 4 and throttle rotor 5 , when installing.

7 Carburetor
8 Cruise control actuator
4. Install:
S right handlebar switch
NOTE:
Align the pins a on the right handlebar switch
with the holes b in the handlebar.
5. Install:
S left handlebar switch
NOTE:
Align the mating surfaces of the left handlebar
switch with the punch mark a on the handlebar.
6. Install:
S brake master cylinder
Refer to "FRONT AND REAR BRAKES".
7. Adjust:
S throttle cable free play
S cruise control cable free play
Refer to "ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE
CABLE FREE PLAY" in CHAPTER 3.
Throttle cable free play
(at the flange of the throttle grip)
4 X 6 mm
Cruise control cable free play
1 X 2 mm
