The proactive service provides an overview of the technical status of your ve-
hicle and on any due service events. It may be possible to make a call to the
information or emergency call centre.

Making a call to the information telephone number in the event of prob-

lems with the Online Services or for information regarding the products
and services offered by the ŠKODA brand. Press and hold the symbol key

Making a call to the breakdown telephone number in the event of an ac-

cident. Press and hold the symbol key  .
The system status is displayed after the ignition is switched on, by the illumi-
nation of warning lamp

Green - the system is functional.
Red - there is a fault in the system.
