After login, click the Trunk > Advanced tab to open the Advanced configuration interface.

Adjust the voice volume from the analog trunk. The default is 0 dB.
Increase the value when the volume received by internal party is low.
Range: from -3.0 to +9.0 dB.
Adjust the voice volume to the analog trunk. The default is -3 dB.
Increase the value when the volume received by external party is low.
Range: from -6.0 to +3.0 dB.
