Description
FXS port or FXO port
Auxiliary RJ45 management interface, serves as the LAN interface to connect a PC with the
primary purpose for local management and configuration.
AUX port is considered as downlink port only
Ethernet RJ45 interface. It serves as a WAN interface to connect to internet.
WAN port is considered as uplink port only.
The console port is used for local management and testing. PCs can be connected to TGW
by linking the RS232 port to CON port.
Connecting cables need to be produced or purchased.
If the connection is established between the TGW and the mobile PC with no RS232 ports,
use the cable together with a USB to an RS232 converter cable.
Cables are shown below in Figure 1-5 and Figure 1-6.
To restore the TGW8-2G and TGW8S-2G to factory default, press the RST button for more
than 3 sec and release it when STU turns to blinking red. This setting will be valid after
rebooting the TGW.
