4.23 LCD unit/FL inverter
Removing the LCD unit/FL inverter
The following describes the procedure for removing the LCD unit/FL inverter. (See Figure 4-
40 to 4-44.)
1. Peel off the mask seals (6 points) and remove the following screws securing the LCD
unit.
• M2.5×6B
2. Remove the keyboard cover while releasing latches. (In the case of removing the
LCD unit before removing the keyboard.)
3. Release the latches fixing the display rear cover to the LCD mask in the order from
the top to both sides and lay the display rear cover down as shown in the figure
below.
