4 Replacement Procedures
Installing the system board
The following describes the procedure for installing the system board and LCD cover
assembly. (See Figure 4-30.)
1. Install the system board on the base assembly.
2. Install the modem cable holder to the slot.
NOTE: When installing a new modem cable holder, reuse the double-sided tape and stick
it in place. If the adhesive strength of the double-sided tape on the modem cable
holder is weak, replace it with a new one.
3. Install the modem jack, DC-IN jack and HDD cable to the slot.
NOTE: Arrange the modem cable on the modem cable holder as shown in the figure
below.
4. Stick the insulator in place.
5. Connect the Bluetooth cable to the connector CN4400 on the system board.
