ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
DRIVE SPROCKET INSTALLATION
Install the drive chain to the drive sprocket.
Install the drive sprocket to the coutershaft with its
marking side facing out.
Install the drive sprocket setting plate onto the
countershaft and align the bolt holes on the plate
with the holes of the sprocket.
Install and tighten the drive sprocket setting plate
bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7 Ibf·ft)
Install the gearshift arm to the gearshift spindle by
aligning the punch mark on the spindle with the cut-
out of the gearshift arm.
