Removing the side panel
To remove the side panel, proceed as follows:
1
Shut down and switch off the server if it is in operation. For procedures, refer
off the server

Unplug the power cable from the AC outlet.

Release the key-lock and remove the front door panel.

Remove the screw securing the left-side panel.

Remove the left-side panel by sliding it toward the front of the server about 2 inches,
tilting out the top and lifting it away.
