The unit is reporting that its power and neutral lines are reversed.
√ Turn off the power to the system and correct the line power voltage wiring.
Line Polarity Reversed
√ System resumes normal operation five seconds after critical condition is re­
covered.
The reporting component cannot find earth ground. The thermostat will shut
down the system.
√ Provide proper earth ground to the equipment.
No Ground Connection
√ System resumes normal operation five seconds after critical condition is re­
covered.
Line voltage high (voltage higher than nameplate rating).
√ Provide power voltage within proper range.
High AC Line Voltage
√ System resumes normal operation five seconds after critical condition is re­
covered.
There is a frequency / distortion problem with the power to a specific system
component. There is a frequency / distortion problem with the power to a
specific system component.
√ This alert code may indicate transformer overloading.
√ Check the voltage and line power frequency.
√ Check the generator operating frequency, if the system is running on back-
up power.
AC Line Frequency
√ Correct voltage and frequency problems.
/Distortion Prob
√ System will resume normal operation five seconds after fault recovered.
√ All applicable system component outputs are disabled – moderate condi­
tion.
√ After 10 minutes, the priority condition is escalated – critical condition.
√ Damper control module will operate in central mode only until proper volt­
age is restored or frequency distortion is resolved – moderate condition.
