axle, sensor housing, and sensor
rotor.
3 Foreign material inside sensor hous-
ing.
4 Defective sensor rotor.
TIP
With front wheel stopped, rear wheel was rotated for longer than about 20 seconds (fault code No.
AbS_11) or for longer than about 2 seconds (fault code No. AbS_25).
ABS (ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM)
Front wheel sensor signal is not received

Check or maintenance job
Check for looseness. Repair or
replace the wheel sensor if nec-
essary.

ness, distortion, and bends.

such as metal particles. Clean
the sensor housing and sensor
rotor if necessary.

Reinstatement
confirmation
method
Turn the

main switch
to "ON" and
check that
the ABS
warning
light comes
on for 2 sec-
onds, then
goes off.
Perform a
G
trial run at a
constant
speed of 30
km/h and
check that
the ABS
warning
light does
not come
on.
