Shift arm bolt "8"

Shift arm bolt
16 Nm (1.6 m·kgf, 11 ft·lbf)
TIP
Before installing, make sure to align the mark "a"
of the shift shaft with the punch mark "b" of the
shift arm.

INSTALLING THE DRIVE CHAIN

1. Lubricate:
Drive chain
G
Recommended lubricant
Engine oil or chain lubricant
suitable for O-ring chains
2. Install:
Drive sprocket
G
Washer
G
Drive sprocket nut "1"
G
Drive sprocket nut
85 Nm (8.5 m·kgf, 61 ft·lbf)
LOCTITE®
TIP
While applying the rear brake, tighten the drive
G
sprocket nut.
Stake the drive sprocket nut "1" at a cutout "a"
G
in the drive axle.
