10. Change the keypad status as required by entering 0 or 1. (The keypad
keys are normally left active = 'ZERO'.)
11. Repeat 1 to 10 for any other keypads connected.
12. Set the 'Prog' switch to OFF and remove power to the keypads to lock
the address and options into the keypad(s).

Display Test (Optional)

1.
Set the 'Test' switch to ON, and apply 12 volts DC.

The display will show 8 black characters and the status LED's light.
3.
Press 'Enter'.
The display clears and LED three lights.
4.
Press all the number keys in turn, then press Menu and Enter followed
by the up and down and left and right arrow keys.
The display shows all number keys as the appropriate number, and the
function keys as A,B,C,D,E and F
5.
Repeat 1 to 5 for other keypads connected.
7.
Remove the 12 volts DC and set the 'Test' and 'Prog' switches on all
keypads to OFF.
8.
Continue to fit and connect the keypads.

Fitting the 927 Keypad

The backplate of the 927 keypad contains an adjustable cam that you can
use to make sure the tamper switch will operate correctly when the keypad
is mounted on an uneven surface. Figure 5 shows the backplate and the
position of mounting holes.
