5. Programming Reference
LFAUDIBL
If all Levels are unset the system produces an audible tone
and logs the event. The keypad display shows a flashing
message, for example: "CALL ENGINEER - TEL LINE
FAULT". Entering a valid access code silences the sounders.
The Levels may be set again with the line fault present.
Note: Audible response is the NACOSS recommendation for line fault.
If any area is set the system does not produce any visible
message but does log the event. The system cancels any
programmed bell delay if the line is out of order when an
alarm occurs.
LFSILENT
If all areas are unset the system produces a flashing mes-
sage on the keypad display and logs the event. The Levels
may be set again with the line fault present.

alarm occurs.
LFTAMPER
If all areas are unset the system produces a system tamper
alarm. Entering a valid access code silences the sounders.
The system cannot be set again until the line fault is cleared.

programmed bell delay and operates the internal and exter-
nal sounders. Entering a valid access code silences the
sounders. The system cannot be set again until the line fault
is cleared.
Note: Use the C and D keys to select the appropriate response.

64-ALLOW Z OMIS

This menu lets you allow or prevent the user omitting zones. You can
enable/disable zone omission, or enable/disable 24 hour zone omission.
Note: Use the C and D keys to enable or disable zone omission.

65-SYS RESET

After an alarm, the system can be reset by one of the following methods:
Installer Reset When enabled permits the installer (and not the user) to
reset the system. When disabled allows the user to reset
the system with a valid access code having 'Reset' authority.
