5. Programming Reference
Partition is set and will deactivate when all Partitions are
unset or an alarm condition occurs. The output will also
activate for 1.0 seconds when a reset is performed.
SHCK
(Shock Reset) This output is used to reset shock sensors,
(for example the 'Viper'). The output may be programmed as
either normally energised or de-energised and will operate if
one or more Levels are in the exit mode. The end station
triggers the output at the start of the exit period. The output
remains active for a fixed time of six seconds. The end
station also triggers the output for three seconds when the
system is reset after any alarm has occurred.
If the contacts on the shock sensors are latching, then the
zone should be programmed as an Entry Route rather than a
Normal Alarm. Otherwise the setting procedure will be
stopped.
SMOK
(Smoke Reset) The output is designed to be connected to
low voltage smoke detector reset terminals or one of the
supply voltage legs wired via the relay contacts. The output
will be active for 3 seconds when the system is reset after
any alarm has occurred.
STRB
(Strobe Un-timed O/P) This output can be programmed as
either normally energised or de-energised. In the event of an
alarm condition the output will operate. The output will remain
active until the sytem is disarmed.
TAMP
(Tamper Alarm Output) The output can be programmed as
normally energised or de-energised and will operate when
any of the control panel anti-tamper devices or circuit
tampers are opened. The output remains active until the fault
is cleared and the system reset.
