ROI (Region Of Interest) setting

In the GO-5000-USB, a subset of the image can be output by setting Width, Height, Offset-X, and Offset-Y.
If the height is decreased, the number of lines read out is decreased and as the result, the frame rate is
increased. However, in the horizontal direction, the horizontal frequency is not changed if the width is
decreased. In the GO-5000-USB, the minimum width is "16" and minimum height for GO-5000M-USB is "1"
and for GO-5000C-USB is "2".
