Error Content
• There is a possibility that the AI
pulse wave sensor hit against
bone or something hard. After
reviewing Section 9.2., retake
the measurement.
• Turn off the power. Turn the
power back on. If the problem is
not solved, contact OMRON.
• Follow the instructions for
measurement preparation.
Refer to Section 9.
• While holding down the slide
stoppers on both sides, place
the AI pulse wave sensor in its
original position.
• There is a possibility that the AI
pulse wave sensor is not on the
artery. Reattach the AI pulse
wave sensor unit properly.
Refer to Section 9.2. Retake the
measurement.
• Check for arrhythmia.
• Make sure that the patient does
not move their arm or body
during measurement.
• After reviewing Section 14.,
retake the measurement.
• Reattach the AI pulse wave
sensor unit properly. Refer to
Section 9.2. Retake the

• The main unit might not be
