How to Register a Birth Date [Fig. 6]
Enter the month, day and year from the text
selection box.
The cursor will not move to the age field. [Fig. 7]
After entering month, day and year and moving to the next
field, the age will automatically be calculated based on the
current date and the date of birth entered.
The earliest possible date of birth that can be entered is
January 1,1900.
Once entry is complete, press the F6 key [NEXT
FIELD] and enter the gender.

How to Register a Gender [Fig. 8]
For the gender field, select either "Male" or "Female" from
the text selection box area in the upper-right part of the
screen. Press the SET button to accept the entry and
move onto the next field.
7.
How to Register Notes [Fig. 9]
The PATIENT INFO field can be used for one patient only.
When the entry is modified, it will be reflected in all other
related data including previously measured data.
The notes field can be used as a space for adding
miscellaneous information.
An entry in the notes field is optional.
The text selection box will appear in the upper-right part
of the screen.
The notes field can be entered using capital letters,
numbers, symbols and spaces. The field can contain up
to 18 characters.
If corrections need to be made in any of the fields, press
the F6 key [NEXT FIELD] repeatedly and move the
cursor until it goes to the field that need to be edited.
