Use this procedure to adjust the density when copying.
You can adjust density using 7 or 13 levels.
The procedure for adjusting the density of copies is explained below.

Press the Copy key.

Place the originals on the platen.

Set the original on the platen and press [Image
Quality] -> [Density].

Adjust density pressing [-3] (Lighter) to [+3]
(Darker). You can change the density level [-3]
(Lighter) to [+3] (Darker) in half-steps.

Press [OK].

Press the Start key. Copying begins.
